Data Deletion Request

What Data We Collect

When you comment on a Legit Launch post on Instagram or Facebook using a keyword tied to one of our automated reply flows, our system receives the following from Meta:

• Your Instagram or Facebook username or handle
• The Meta-assigned user ID for your account
• The text of the comment you posted
• The post you commented on
• The timestamp of the comment

We use this data to send you the private reply you asked for, log the delivery, and diagnose failures. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising.

How to Request Deletion

Email hello@thelegitlaunch.com with the subject line DATA DELETION.

Include the following in the email body:

1. The Instagram or Facebook handle for which you want data deleted
2. The email address you want the deletion confirmation sent to

You do not need to prove ownership of the account. Requests are honored on request.

Response Time

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of the request. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you request deletion, we remove:

• All records tied to your Instagram or Facebook user ID
• Your handle
• All comment text we stored from your interactions
• All delivery logs referencing your account

Aggregate operational data that does not identify you (total comments processed, total DMs sent, funnel performance counts) is retained.

Data We Do Not Control

This request removes data from The Legit Launch's records. It does not remove:

• The comment itself from Instagram or Facebook. Delete it in the Meta app.
• The direct message we sent you. Delete it from your inbox in the Meta app.
• Data Meta holds about you. Manage that in your Meta account settings.
