How to Request a Refund

Email hello@thelegitlaunch.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST.

Include:

1. The email address you used to purchase the course
2. The date of purchase

You do not need to explain why. We honor requests on request.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of these are true:

• Your request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date
• You purchased the course through our official Payhip checkout

After 7 days, purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Payhip. Typical processing time:

• We approve the refund within 2 business days of your request
• Payhip processes the refund within 3 to 5 business days
• Funds appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course is revoked. Any downloaded materials remain your responsibility to delete per the course license terms.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Purchases older than 7 days
• Course access purchased through third-party promotions or bundles outside our official Payhip checkout
• Bonuses that have already been delivered or redeemed (e.g., Launch Week Q&A call seat that has already been attended)

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and terminate your course access. Please email us first. We will honor eligible refund requests without dispute.
